co. , ltd.(hereafter called
SCW) is a
joint-venture established by ESCO Corporation of United States of
America and Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Group of China in Sept. of 1998.
Occupying 72,428m2 of land ,SCW's primary product line are various types of steel castings and
ingots for the forging industry .We are equipped with one
10-metric-ton capacity AOD furnace ,imported from Union Carbide Company
,and
three 10-metric-ton capacity arc furnaces .The maximum weight lifting
capacity is 40 metric tons . All alloy chemistry composition analysis is
done by US-made Baird Spectrographs . Molding and core capabilities include
pepset no bake and sodium silicate . The maximum weight lifting capacity is
30 tons .Our finishing department is equipped with a shot blasting machine
, three high temperature heat treat ovens ,sized 6mX3mX1.8m,stress
relieving ovens , rapid air and water quench facilities.
SCW has the capability of making any casting with clean weight
from size 50kg. to 20 tons in carbon , low alloy , manganese , stainless steel
, and chrome white iron for crushing , construction , mining , industrial
and recycling industries , etc . Wear resistant casting in ESCO 12 and 14
series alloys and customized alloys are available upon request.
